Duncan Sinclair
Duncan earned his Ph.D. in Physiology and was a professor at Queen’s
University from 1966. He was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Arts
and Science in 1974 and completed his tenure as Vice Principal, Health
Sciences from 1986-1996. Dr. Sinclair’s knowledge and expertise in
the health field is immense and invaluable to Dynex. |

Chris, a Chartered Accountant has been involved in many acquisitions
and divestitures as Vice President of Finance since the founding of
